The quote tool

The quote tool requests six things: gender, birth date, how you'd describe your health, tobacco use, your target benefit amount, and desired policy length. These answers go to the carriers' quoting system and come back as rates - we do not store them ourselves. To see quotes you never enter a name, address, phone number or email. Identical requests from the same session may be cached briefly so we don't call the quoting service multiple times.

Applying

Choosing to apply sends your quote answers to the carriers' platform to prefill the application. You then follow that platform's own privacy policy for the application process. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), manages the completed applications.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, your preferred contact method, what the message is about, and your actual message. Your email becomes the reply-to address and the message is sent to the agency. We do not retain copies, maintain a submission log, or store message text. A brief anti-spam check happens in your browser before you send.

Measurement

We measure visitor activity directly from this domain without cookies or persistent identifiers. We obscure part of your IP address when storing logs, strip away referrer query strings, and erase raw data after 90 days. Browsers signaling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded from measurement entirely.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, share visitor information with third parties, use advertising pixels, or install third-party analytics. The sole third-party code on the site is the carriers' application tool on the Apply page, and it only runs if you navigate there.
